<p><strong>Crumble s bobičastim voćem</strong> je jedan od omiljenih proljetno-ljetnih recepata koji se našao na Instagram <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CAHqrfApR4f/?hl=hr" rel="nofollow">profilu Bojane Matek</a>. Njegova posebnost je u voću koje se može mijenjati ovisno o sezoni. Jednom iskoristite jagode, drugi put trešnje, a treći put borovnice! Imat ćete osjećaj da svaki put jedete novi kolač. Ova <strong>zdrava voćna slastica</strong> će uvijek biti poželjan recept za sunčane dane. Kako je napraviti, prenosimo u nastavku. </p><p><strong>Sastojci: </strong></p><p><strong>Postupak:</strong></p><p>Narezati jagode, ako koristite mješavinu voća, pomiješajte s drugim voćem (npr. borovnicama i trešnjama), limunovim sokom, dvije žlice smeđeg šećera, gustinom i stavite na dno keramičkog kalupa.</p><p>U posebnoj posudi pomiješajte zobene pahuljice, preostali šećer, brašno, cimet, bademe i prašak za pecivo. Kockice hladnog maslaca umiješajte prstima dok se ne napravi grudičasta smjesa. Umiješajte i slatko vrhnje. Smjesu pospite po voću, malo je utisnite prstima i pecite oko 15 min u ugrijanoj pećnici dok voće ne počne ključati po rubovima, a površina dobije zlatno smeđu boju.</p><p>Poslužite toplo s kuglicom sladoleda.</p>
